Customers must provide Bear & Natural Kitchen with all known food allergies, as well as dislikes in order for our team to provide bespoke meals, tailor made for each individuals dietary needs.
With this in mind, customers must not allow other persons their meals and Bear & Natural Kitchen will not accept responsibility for any allergy complaints should meals be given to anyone other than that customer only.
Bear & Natural Kitchen are not liable for losses/damages to meals once they have been delivered/collected.
All food should be handled and stored correctly and in accordance with the Food Standards Agency guidelines. This also includes, consuming of perishable goods within the use by date and adhering to guidelines should customers wish to freeze their food orders.
Customers must let Bear Naturals Kitchen staff know of any problems with their order before leaving our collection point(s) or before our driver leaves following your delivered order.
We cannot accept responsibility for later reported issues as we need to be given the opportunity to inspect your order as it was upon collection/delivery in order to rectify such a problem occur.
Please note that a significant number of dislikes or dietary restrictions, may result in some duplicate meals. Where we would usually avoid this when our full menu can be accessed by a customer, this is not always possibly if a customers diet is restricted due to allergies and/or dislikes.
Our staff are on hand to help with nutritional and dietary information where possible. However, we would encourage anyone making drastic changes to their diet, unsure of any allergies or dietary restrictions, are pregnant, have recently had surgery or planning upcoming surgery, or anything else which may cause concern when planning a change in diet, to consult with their GP first. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange a prior consultation with a medical professional should they think this is needed.
Due to our products being perishable, it is the customers responsibility to ensure their order is accepted for delivery at the time/day agreed with Bear Natural Kitchen. Any un delivered orders will be returned to the restaurant for collection by the customer. If another deliver time/day is rearranged, this will be so under a new delivery charge.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”)….
Meal Prep orders will be on an automated billing service, which can be cancelled with X notice.
Payments must be received by X in order for your order to be completed for that week. Once payment is received, you have committed to that weeks meals.
It is the customers responsibility to cancel, shoulder an order no longer be required.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”).…
We may use images and text shared on our social media accounts. We may also use or share anything which links our social media accounts, whether this be for marketing purposes or otherwise.
Bear & Natural Kitchen has no control over posts shared on social media being used by third party companies when used publicly and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
Information supplied directly to Bear & Natural Kitchen will not be sold on or disclosed by us to any 3rd party.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
